Pro Mail provides setup, configuration, and provisioning services for professional business email accounts hosted on the Google Workspace platform. We act as a partner/reseller to facilitate the technical setup of these accounts on your custom domain.

2. User Obligations

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information regarding your domain ownership.
• Ensure you have the legal right to use the domain name provided.
• Allow us to configure necessary DNS records (MX, TXT, CNAME) on your domain to enable email functionality.
• Adhere to Google's Acceptable Use Policy when using the email account.

3. Payments

All fees are one-time payments for the setup and lifetime validity of the account configuration as specified in the pricing plan. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

4. Limitation of Liability

V storeonline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

At Pro Mail, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• Technical Failure: If we are unable to successfully set up your professional email account on your provided domain due to technical issues on our end.
• Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the account credentials within 48 hours of your purchase and successful submission of domain details (excluding delays caused by your domain registrar).

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the service after the setup process has been initiated or completed.
• Domain Issues: If you do not own the domain name provided or lose access to it, preventing us from verifying ownership.
• Violation of Terms: If your account is terminated due to violation of Google's or our Terms of Service (e.g., sending spam).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at promail@vstoreonline.in with your Transaction ID and the reason for the request. We will review your request and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.

2. Service Availability

While we ensure the setup is correct, the underlying email service is hosted on Google's infrastructure. We do not guarantee 100% uptime of Google's servers, as this is beyond our control. Service availability is subject to Google's Service Level Agreements (SLA).

3. Pricing

Our "One-Time Payment" model covers the setup and provisioning of the account type specified. While we do not charge monthly fees, Google reserves the right to change their underlying policy for partners in the future. In such an unlikely event, we will communicate any changes transparently. Currently, the accounts provided are grandfathered or specific partner editions that do not require monthly recurring fees to Google for the features listed.
